Business payment platform for GCC companies in Dubai — Move Money Between Fiat and Stablecoins

Dubai is home to dozens of free zones — DMCC, JAFZA, DIFC and Dubai Silicon Oasis among them — full of companies that invoice in one currency, get paid in another, and increasingly deal with counterparties who prefer settlement in USDC or USDT rather than a bank wire. iSAP Exchange is registered in one of those free zones (IFZA, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Licence No. 21018), and the platform was built around exactly that mix.

iSAP Exchange is a business payment platform in Dubai that puts multi-currency fiat accounts and stablecoin balances behind one login, built on trusted, regulated partners rather than a single in-house ledger. Multi-currency accounts, foreign exchange and international payments are provided through our partner Sokin (Sokin DIFC Limited, licensed by the Dubai Financial Services Authority as a Money Services Provider). Stablecoin on-ramp, off-ramp and cross-border transfer run through Bridge, registered with FinCEN in the United States and authorised as a Crypto-Asset Service Provider under MiCA in Luxembourg.

In practice this means a Dubai-based business can hold AED, USD, EUR and GBP balances, convert between them, and move funds to USDC or USDT when a supplier or contractor asks for it — without opening a separate, and separately priced, account with a separate provider for each currency. Keeping that combination affordable for a growing business is the point of routing it through one dashboard instead of several.

Connecting a UAE bank account

If your business already banks locally, you can connect that account through Lean Technologies, which holds a Financial Services Permission from the ADGM Financial Services Regulatory Authority and an in-principle approval from the Central Bank of the UAE for Open Finance Services. UK, EU and North American accounts connect through Plaid or Exthand/Digiteal instead — the platform's advanced routing picks the right connector for the account's country automatically, so the best fit for each currency and destination is applied without you choosing a provider by hand.

Frequently asked questions

Does iSAP Exchange hold my company's funds directly?

No. iSAP Exchange FZCO is a technology platform and does not hold a financial services authorisation from the Central Bank of the UAE, the Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority, the Dubai Financial Services Authority or the ADGM Financial Services Regulatory Authority. Multi-currency accounts are held with Sokin and its regulated banking partners; stablecoin balances are held through Bridge. Full details, including licence numbers, are on our Regulatory Information page.

Which currencies and stablecoins can a Dubai business hold?

AED, USD, EUR and GBP through the multi-currency account, and USDC and USDT through the stablecoin rail. You can convert between fiat and stablecoin balances from the same dashboard.

Do I need a UAE bank account to use it?

No. You can use the multi-currency account provided through Sokin without a separate UAE bank account. If you do have one, you can connect it through Lean Technologies for a combined view.

Is this the same as holding a UAE banking licence?

No. iSAP Exchange is not a bank. Regulated payment, e-money and virtual asset services are provided by the named partner institutions, each under its own licence — see our Regulatory Information page for the full list.
