How to On-Ramp, Off-Ramp and Send Stablecoins via the iSAP Wallet

Updated 4 September 2026 · iSAP Exchange · 9 min read

The iSAP Wallet lets you move money between the traditional financial system and stablecoins, in both directions, without a separate exchange account or technical knowledge. Whether you are depositing AED or USD to receive USDC, converting a stablecoin balance back to fiat for a bank transfer, or sending stablecoins to another wallet address, the process runs through Bridge, our stablecoin infrastructure partner.

Before you startYour iSAP Wallet must be active and your identity verified. If you have not set up your wallet yet, complete Step 1 first.

Step 1: Verify your identity

iSAP offers two separate sign-up paths. Choose the one that applies to you.

For individual consumers

  1. Open the iSAP Wallet app and select Sign Up as Individual.
  2. Enter your personal details: full legal name, date of birth and nationality.
  3. Upload a valid government-issued ID — passport, Emirates ID or national ID card.
  4. Complete the selfie or liveness check. This confirms the ID belongs to you.
  5. Submit. Verification usually completes within a few minutes, and you will be notified once approved.

For merchants and businesses

Merchant accounts use a separate process. A personal account cannot be used for merchant activity.

Eligibility: a valid trade licence or registered company.

What you will need:

Select Sign Up as Merchant in the app, or contact iSAP Exchange to begin onboarding. Business verification (KYB) is reviewed by our team.

On-Ramp: deposit fiat, receive stablecoins

Watch: linking a US bank account for Bridge on-ramp

When your wallet is set up, iSAP provisions a virtual bank account linked to it. Any fiat deposit sent there is picked up by Bridge, converted at the prevailing rate, and delivered to your wallet as stablecoins — typically within minutes of the payment clearing. Nothing needs to be done manually after you send the deposit.

  1. Open the wallet and go to On-Ramp or Deposit.
  2. Select your deposit currency and the stablecoin you want to receive.
  3. Copy your virtual account details — account and routing number for USD, IBAN for EUR.
  4. Send the bank transfer from your own account. Use the exact beneficiary name shown; Bridge uses it to match the payment.
  5. Wait for confirmation. You will be notified when the stablecoins arrive.

Wire transferUSDUSDC, USDT (min. $1 USDC / $20 USDT)

ImportantAlways send from a bank account in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts may be rejected or delayed. Deposits to unsupported asset or blockchain combinations may be irretrievable.

Off-Ramp: convert stablecoins back to fiat

Watch: converting stablecoins back to fiat

Bridge converts your stablecoin balance to fiat and pushes the funds to your verified external bank account via the appropriate rail — ACH, Wire, SEPA and so on.

  1. Go to Off-Ramp or Withdraw to Bank.
  2. Select the stablecoin and enter the amount.
  3. Choose the destination bank account. If none is linked yet, follow the in-app prompts.
  4. Review the fiat amount you will receive and any fees.
  5. Confirm. Bridge converts and submits the payment.
  6. Track progress in your transaction history.

Send: transfer stablecoins to another wallet

You specify the amount, stablecoin, network and recipient address; Bridge handles the on-chain execution.

Do not send directly from the wallet addressAll transfers must be initiated through the iSAP Wallet interface, which routes through Bridge. Direct on-chain sends bypass the safety layer and may result in lost funds.
  1. Select Send or Transfer.
  2. Enter the recipient's wallet address. Check it carefully — blockchain transactions cannot be reversed.
  3. Select the blockchain network the recipient expects. It must match their address format.
  4. Choose the stablecoin and amount.
  5. Review the summary: network, amount, recipient.
  6. Confirm. Transfers usually confirm within seconds to a few minutes.

CriticalAlways verify the recipient address and network before confirming. Sending USDT on Ethereum to a Tron address will result in permanent loss of funds. When in doubt, send a small test amount first.

Frequently asked questions

How long does an on-ramp take?

Once your bank transfer reaches the virtual account, Bridge typically converts and delivers stablecoins within minutes. ACH transfers can take 1 to 2 business days to clear your bank first; wire transfers and SEPA are usually faster.

What is the minimum amount I can deposit or withdraw?

Minimums vary by stablecoin and payment method. USDC via ACH or Wire: $1 minimum. USDT via ACH or Wire: $20 minimum. USDT via Tron: $5 minimum. USDC via SEPA: €1 minimum. Always check the current minimums in the iSAP Wallet before initiating a transfer.

Can I choose which blockchain my stablecoins are held on?

Your wallet is provisioned on a specific blockchain during setup. Supported chains include Solana, Ethereum, Tron, Base, Polygon, Stellar and others. If you need stablecoins on a different chain, you can send them from your wallet to an address on that chain.

What happens if I send to the wrong address or wrong network?

Blockchain transactions are irreversible. If you send to an incorrect address or select the wrong network, funds cannot be recovered. Always verify the recipient address and the network before confirming any send transaction.

Are my funds insured or protected?

The iSAP Wallet is a custodial wallet powered by Bridge, a stablecoin infrastructure provider. For specific details on fund protection, insurance and regulatory coverage, contact iSAP Exchange directly.

Can merchants use this for business payments?

Yes, but merchants must sign up through the dedicated merchant registration path, not the individual consumer flow. To qualify you need a valid trade licence or company registration document, proof of business address, and the personal ID of the authorised signatory. Once business verification (KYB) is approved, you can receive stablecoin payments, hold USDC or USDT balances, and off-ramp to fiat for operational expenses. For high-volume or API-based integrations, contact iSAP Exchange directly.

What currencies can I off-ramp to?

Currently supported fiat currencies for off-ramp include USD (via ACH and Wire), EUR (via SEPA), GBP (via Faster Payments), MXN (via SPEI) and BRL (via Pix). Additional currencies may be available; check the iSAP Wallet for the latest options.

Do I need to complete KYC before using the wallet?

Yes. Identity verification is required before you can on-ramp, off-ramp or send stablecoins. It is a one-time process completed inside the iSAP Wallet app and typically takes a few minutes.
