Cloud payment platform connected to your ERP in Dubai — Invoices, Customers and Payments in Sync

Most Dubai businesses running an ERP still handle incoming invoices the old way: someone reads the PDF, checks the amount and IBAN against the supplier record, and initiates a bank transfer by hand. iSAP Exchange is a payment platform in Dubai that does the reading for you: every customer gets a dedicated invoice address (name.surname@isap.exchange), and any invoice sent there is parsed automatically — amount, currency, due date and payee — and turned into a payment proposal you confirm with a single security code.

The system runs an advanced authentication check on the sender (DMARC) before it will act on an invoice, and it identifies the payee either from a printed reference code on the invoice or from a sender address you've previously approved. If the numbers can't be read with confidence, the invoice is marked "needs review" instead of guessed at — you check and correct the extracted amount before anything is proposed for payment. Nothing is ever paid without that confirmation step, regardless of how the invoice arrived, which is the best safeguard against an invoice being paid on trust alone.

One approval flow for both directions

If your business also uses iSAP.One as its ERP, payment proposals initiated from iSAP.One land in the same wallet and go through the same approval screen as invoices that arrived by email, on the same trusted rails described above. That means one place to review what's about to be paid, one security step to confirm it, and one record of what left the account, kept affordable by not requiring a second piece of software on either side — instead of an ERP approval process on one side and a separate banking app on the other.

Payment can be made from your wallet balance or, where the payee accepts it, through CryptoShield.

Frequently asked questions

How does an invoice reach my iSAP wallet automatically?

You get a dedicated invoice email address. Any invoice sent there passes an authentication check on the sender, then the amount, currency, due date and payee are read automatically and turned into a payment proposal. Nothing is paid until you confirm it with your security code.

What happens if the invoice can't be read automatically?

It's marked 'needs review' rather than guessed at. You see the original file, check the extracted amount, currency and due date, correct anything that's wrong, and only then confirm the payment.

Can I connect this to iSAP.One, our ERP?

Yes. Payment proposals coming from iSAP.One and invoices arriving by email both appear in the same wallet and go through the same confirmation step, so approvals stay in one place alongside your ERP's own records.

Is a payment ever made without me approving it?

No. Every payment — whether it started as an emailed invoice or a request from iSAP.One — requires a one-time security code before it is sent.
