Terms of Use for iSAP-Wallet

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the iSAP-Wallet, a service provided by iSAP Exchange ("we," "our," or "us"). By registering, activating, or using the iSAP-Wallet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue the use of the iSAP-Wallet.

  • Account Maintenance: It is your responsibility to ensure your information remains current. Any changes must be reported to iSAP Exchange immediately. iSAP Exchange may request additional information for continued use of the services.

    To activate your iSAP-Wallet, you must download the official iSAP Exchange mobile app from recognized app stores such as Google Play Store, Apple’s App Store, or Huawei Gallery. Upon activation, you authorize the deposit and withdrawal of funds into and from your Wallet for transaction purposes. iSAP Exchange reserves the right to accept or reject any account activation at its sole discretion.

    The iSAP-Wallet provides various services, including but not limited to:

  • Wallet transfers

    The maximum wallet balance limit will be set based on the type of account you open with iSAP Exchange. Specific limits will be communicated to you during registration. A sufficient balance must be maintained in the wallet to perform transactions.


    C. Responsibilities and Liabilities:

    1. Personal Responsibility


    By using the iSAP-Wallet, you are responsible for all activities conducted under your account, including any transactions initiated through the platform. iSAP Exchange is not liable for unauthorized transactions unless it can be proven that such transactions were caused by an error from our side.


    2. Third-Party Transactions


    The iSAP-Wallet may allow you to purchase goods and services from third-party merchants. iSAP Exchange is not responsible for any issues related to these third-party transactions, such as product defects, delivery failures, or service deficiencies. All transactions with third-party providers are conducted at your own risk.


    3. Fraud Prevention and Account Suspension


    iSAP Exchange monitors accounts for suspicious, irregular, or unauthorized activities. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if we detect unusual behavior or if you are found to be engaging in illegal activities. Decisions to suspend or terminate accounts are final and at iSAP Exchange’s sole discretion.


    D. Wallet Balance and Transactions:

    1. Sufficient Balance


    Users must ensure that their iSAP-Wallet has a sufficient balance before initiating transactions. If the balance is insufficient, the transaction will not proceed.


    2. Wallet Limits


    iSAP Exchange sets wallet limits based on account type. The maximum limit for the iSAP-Wallet is subject to regulatory guidelines and may change from time to time. Any changes to the limit will be communicated to users promptly.


    E. Termination and Closure:

    1. Account Closure by iSAP Exchange


    iSAP Exchange reserves the right to close or suspend accounts at its discretion, particularly if there is evidence of misuse, fraudulent activity, or non-compliance with these Terms.


    2. User-Initiated Closure


    You may request the closure of your iSAP-Wallet account at any time. Upon closure, you must ensure that all pending transactions are completed and your account balance is zero. Any remaining funds must be withdrawn before account termination.


    F. Updates and Modifications

    iSAP Exchange may modify or update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on the website, and continued use of the iSAP-Wallet after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
